The first half of this concert is a lecture, presented by Rob Kapilow. In your folders, there is a PDF of excerpts from the seasons, which go along with Rob’s presentation. These are not just straight excerpts from the piece, some of them have changes (i.e. simplified parts, different harmonies, different rhythms, etc) so please have a look through this in advance of our first rehearsal. It’s also important we are familiar with this PDF as we will be expected to play these excerpts seamlessly with Rob’s speaking.
